Established in 2021, the Technical Solutions Steering Committee (TSSC) is an internal standing group dedicated to evaluating technology, creating and managing internal project standards to ensure best practices, researching training opportunities, and assessing technologies that support company growth.

Additionally, the TSSC plays a key role in reviewing Business Development proposals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Quotes (RFQs) to ensure alignment with Volanno’s technological vision.

The TSSC advances training initiatives to equip our workforce with the skills necessary to adapt to evolving technologies and maintain Volanno's position as a leader in the transportation industry.

To ensure targeted focus and expertise, the TSSC is structured into specialized subcommittees that meet quarterly to assess progress and tackle challenges:

• COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) Subcommittee – Evaluates third-party software solutions and integrations.
• AI & Data Subcommittee – Oversees AI-driven initiatives, automation, and data analytics strategies.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Subcommittee – Focuses on cloud architecture, infrastructure improvements, and cost optimization.

Subcommittees work closely with the Chairman and Business Development Director to refine proposals before they are presented to the full TSSC.

The TSSC is actively working on several key initiatives to enhance our technological capabilities:
